The ICS is an internationally renowned centre for teaching and research in communications, media and culture. We offer a variety of taught programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and an outstanding PhD programme.
We offer four undergraduate programmes - Broadcast Journalism, Cinema and Photography, Communications and New Media.
There are six postgraduate programmes - MA in Cinema and Photography, MA in Communications Studies, MA in International Communications, MA in International Journalism, MA in Media Industries and MA in Political Communications.

Our main research strengths include International Communications, Media and Cultural Industries and Political Communications. Research is conducted via the Centre for Digital Citizenship (CdC), the Centre for International Communications Research (CICR), the Louis le Prince Centre (LLP), and the Media Industries Research Centre (MIRC).
