Using thepapersonline you can publish material on the web very easily using 'cut and paste'.

Designed with academics in mind it allows the production of an online journal under the complete control of an editor who will need NO HTML SKILLS. An editor can also give sub-editor rights to others. Pictures - and computer files in general - can be incorporated into web pages with only the use of your browser.
